American
Sport Bike collects information when visitors request event
updates via the Email List, register for Email Services and shop
online in the ASB Store. What information is collected and how
we use it is described below.
While going through our site, you may be prompted to enter your
email address to receive updates on the event you are viewing.
Your email address is used for that purpose only and not shared
with any third parties. To remove yourself from email lists send
an email to: notify@americansportbike.com with a subject of: REMOVE
ME , or just click here. When you register, we ask you to provide
your name, email address, zip code and country. You're also given
the option to provide additional information which allows us to
tailor the communications we send to you to fit your specific
interests. We use your email address to notify you of new programs
and events we think you will find of interest. Registration information
also may be used internally to better understand who visits the
sites. This allows us to improve our content on an ongoing basis.
American Sport Bike does not share
your registration information with third parties, with the
exception that your email address is transmitted to the shipping
company so that your tracking number can be emailed to you
automatically. When you place an order, we need to know your name, phone number,
email address, billing address, bike model, and credit card type, number and
expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order
and to notify you of your order status. Your information is treated
with the utmost security. Your information is used by American
Sport Bike and it's agents for the purpose of aggregate identification
of our customers. Your personal information will not be sold.
When you place orders or access your account information, we offer
the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts
all information you input before it is sent to us. All of the
customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
